Good shot, but the slide is a bit dirty!

The origional was a photograph and was slightly out of focus. I used paint shop,this has improved the photograph but for some strange reason made the sky look as though it is full of locusts!

Ah, probably the sharpen tool in PSP. You could either select the rock-part of the photo and just sharpen that, or sharpen the whole photo, then do some cloning to get rid of the spots in the sky.
