The FA on this 1000'crag was climbed in just under 6 hours. Some simal climbing

Awesome crag. I've only really bumbled along it's base - a serious attempt at a route on the rt. hand end was foiled by blackfly. I've never climbed down so fast in my life

The blackfly incident was in 1984 I think. If you were still in North Conway then, we may have met. As I recall, I bought a copy of Ken Wilson's "Cold Climbs"
