Cheers! I don't think the picture is great, it's missing that certain something, but it's a nice memory of the day... without a guide book, and not knowing whether it was a safe DWS route, some of my mate just went 'ooh, that looks nice' and tried it - awesome!

Not Ixtlan - more like Psycho Man (XS 5b S1/2) or Mike's Free Willy (XS 6a S0/1), probably the former. Certainly isn't Desperado (XS 6a S0) as mentioned in Dorset'05 - that's further right still.
Check Into The Blue for the picture of Mike Robertson in about the same position.

You know what, you might be right. It looks so much like the Desperado cave (south of Temporary Lifestyle) that I still can't tell whether it is or not!
I'm going to retract and plump for Ixtlan.

Definitely 'Ixtlan', the picture has just cut off the knotted access rope to the Grotto Arete Sector
