The south west chimney is gained from a left to right rising traverse along the narrow grassy terrace below the main rock face. The grassy slopes above lead in to the sunlight and easily to the summit.

The peak on the left is the Wannenstock (or Wannenstockli), the peaks on the right in are the Mutteristock and the Rädertenstock.
