Excellent, but you'll ned to go back on a still day with reflections ;-)

Always good to have an excuse to go back. If I'd flapped my jacket I might have taken off that day!

Fantastic image - an excellent capture of the moody atmosphere of the day. Are you able to say a little bit about the camera kit you use on such hill trips?

Hi Andy. I use a Nikon Z7 and 24-120 f4 for 99% of my photos now. Other than that I will carry a 70-200, polarising filter, tripod, spare battery/ memory card and some cloths. Add more batteries and cards if out for longer than a day. If I have a particularly wide scene in mind (such as Coire Àrdair, Creag Meagaidh) I will carry a 20mm prime, although I rarely bother. If incorporating water I will sometimes use a 6 stop ND filter - again, rare. I don't use or carry anything else you wouldn't take on a normal hill day.
