This shot is not posed in anyway - the hand shake is completely sincere. It's Peter Habeler congratulating Kirstin and Stephan (off my rope) on their summiting of the Olperer (3476m) in the Zillertal Alps. Peter and Sepp had been the two guides on two ropes that went up - all managed to summit.
