Nice photo. Its not Townsends though, its Kirkus's. Townsends is the arete and Jitter Face is between the two.
(for what its worth, Kirkus's is desperate!)

Really? I was traversing out to the arete in the photo - I hit the arete at about the same level I'm at in the pic. I think it was Townsend's, but it's irrelevant really - I was just enjoying myself "playing" at the end of the day...

Proper start to Townsend's follows the smaller footholds just above the bottom edge of the slab.
