Two pitches of F5a in Damilano's guide are the key to gaining the first of the Grandes Jorasses' summits. Tricky in Scottish mixed conditions.

I think if you sent a route in Scotland looking like that and called it "Scottish Mixed" conditions you'd be lynched... :-)
