If you look very, very closely you can see the Key to the CIC Hut..

We climbed this pitch as pitch 2. How did you pitch it before? Gully 1, then took a belay far left of the snow bay, then the photo is the start of our p2 to the cave then easy gully...
We found belays to be poor on p1 and 2, and runners inexistant or psychological.
A good route however.
