I think this shows the peace of the hills brilliantly-lots of atmosphere

I, too, like the sense of tranquility here. There's a strong 'blue cast', as often happens with snowscapes in low light, and it wouldn't be 'manipulating' this if you were to correct it. I've still given it a 4 anyway ;)
