wots the height on this venue and wht are the grades please.

height - around 8 metres - long rnough to warrant using gear. route 4 has two bolt runners. see http://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/showcrag.html?climb2=8828

is it all sport routes or trad as well ?

just route 4 is "sport" - well, it has two bolt runners, that's all you need to get to top!
