Boulders never wear beanies but some boulderERs do

excuse me if iam being abit stupid, but what do you meen by bouldERs ?

Read it again. I said boulderERs not bouldERs. A boulder is a large rock. A boulderer is a term for someone who is involved in a form of rock climbing called bouldering where you only climb so high with only using the protection of a crash pad.... blah blah. Why am i telling you what you already know.
Anyway my point was that big rocks never wear beanies but yes some people who climb these rocks known as boulderers (and not boulders) do.

Oh I see well I obviously meant boulderERS didn’t I, I feel there was a large amount of unnecessary sarcasm on those reply. But my question was directed to the two capital letters placed at the end of the word, which seems to be like a spelling mistake, but I’am sure there is some “logical” reason for this? Or not….

you'd be right. I put ER in capitals to show that it was missing. And yes I do like sarcasm.

Thanks for the sarcasm! I had hoped that someone might instead say - "wow, check out the gabbro, better get to Skye"

sorry for 'polluting' your photo with comments and trying to explain to a brick wall the difference between boulderers and boulders. Looks like a nice little problem, were there plenty of midges there?
benj_d - 25/Oct/08
Midges at the campsite but not up the hill, perfect sunshine, great mates.. what more can you wish for. The problem is called Snake Attack V6 - Looks easy but really isn't! I would recommend a day on the routes followed by a day at the boulders to anyone.
