Cat on a Hot Thin Roof
I started with Fellwalking in the Lakes/Yorkshire Dales. Moved to Scrambling, and decided to learn to climb after scaring myself silly in Crinkle Ghyll. Climbed regularly in later 80s/early 90s, but not done much since my regular partner graduated in 1990. Didn't feel confident in other partners. Going to start again this summer.Location

Best Climbing Experience
Any climbs I did with Linda, then got to be Agag's Groove, closely followed by Terrier's Tooth, and if they might be classed as 'climbing', the Aonach Eagach ridge, and the traverse of Tryfan by North Ridge, then onto Glyders via Bristly Ridge. Oh, and 'South Ridge Direct', Arran. And I suppose I'd better add 'Napes Needle'; my first 'serious' (unsupervised) on-sight lead.
