Hello, I'm Huw I live in the quiet county of Meirionnydd in a little village called Corris which is right down on the Southern edge of the Snowdonia national park. Although originally from Dinas Powys in South Glamorgan I prefer living here with my beautiful wife Jo, our troublesome baby Tomos and a stripey cat. My climbing and mountaineering adventures are both through a misguided past time and profesionally through work as a mountaineering instructor (MIC).

Best Climbing Experience
Zermatt on a shoe string on my first Alpine trip. Pasta and tomato puree for a fortnight.

Crossing Spitzbergen - still bumbling round with my mates now but thankfully better organised
