Last summer Neil Gresham added one of the UK's hardest deep water solo routes to the Hollow Caves Bay area of Pembroke in south west Wales with his ascent of the physical 'Hydrotherapy'.

Hydrotherapy (8a+) takes a steep line to the right of the still unrepeated trad route Underworld (E7) that was established by Ben Bransby and Ian Vickers.
