Does anyone boulder up at the nick of Pendle?

Working my way through the  problems and trying to finish the traverse that ends on "modicum". My question is, does modicum allow the blocks to the left of the arete or is it just the arête alone?

Just the arete from my recollection. Pumpy finish.

Ah... That would be why I can't finish the traverse and why it gets 7a. 😞

Get your foot on the sharp edge under the lip and mantel on. That went OK this week. Try that. 

I'll give it a go, thanks. I think part of my b problem is not being able to commit without a spotter due to the pointer boulder behind to land on. 

Did you just pull on the thin crack and tufa thingy?

I had a crimp with the left hand and pushed down with my right. Left foot on the edge, right foot smears on the lip. I found the sit start on the right of the boulder the crux. My foot slips off the slopey edge easily. Good luck.
