Following a meeting with the National Trust Ranger who looks after Baggy Point this morning, we have confirmed that there are no nesting birds on the Long Rock this year. So the restriction for this part of the crag has been lifted, just in time for will hopefully be a blue sky bank holiday weekend.
Scrattling Zawn to Concrete Wall inclusive and Central Walls to Slab Cove inclusive are still restricted, but the two most extensive areas of the crag - the Long Rock and the Promontory - are now accessible throughout the season in 2013. Full details on the RAD:

Many thanks to the National Trust for their help with this and a great attitude to making sure recreational access and conservation work together.
Cheers,
