I'm away for an extended stay on the Costa Blanca from the end of this month, will be in the area until early jan. Am keen to climb at Orihuela. Current guidebook suggests access issues until end of year. Does anyone know if climbing is allowed at present.
Will be a long drive from Calpe to find out we can't climb!

The signs for Pared Negra were still there at the end of last year, though I have no idea if the restrictions were being enforced or the cactus clearing was progressing.
There is other stuff down there if it is still shut,
there are no more restrictions in the Pared Negra.
