Awesome Walls Climbing Centres Ltd Membership/Loyalty Cards
As from Monday 11th October we will not be issuing any more folding membership/loyalty cards. These mini monopoly type cards have been the pride and joy of many members for many years. When someone gets their free keyring/hot drink/muffin or free climb the smile is Awesome! We have also seen tears and tantrums when a card has been lost or stolen and you have to start from scratch again.
We have the answer-
Anyone climbing at AWCC after the 11th October will receive a new plastic AWCC membership/loyalty card. Your existing card will be swapped for the new one and you will automatically be upgraded to your next freebee.
New Tills
Starting at the end of October we will be installing new tills at Liverpool then Stockport and finally in Stoke. These tills will be card readers for your new membership/loyalty cards.
Loyalty Points
Every member will earn loyalty points on all of their money spent at an Awesome Walls Climbing Centre. We will be able to offer special points deals on certain purchases or at certain times of the day/year.
Why
Basically the less time you stand waiting to pay the more time you can spend climbing! It will also help us correlate all of the data to make things better for your overall experience.
The Picture
This is just one of the buildings we are looking at for our next new 'AWESOME' venture!!!
