The Role
• Work with an experienced team delivering a variety of climbing sessions to both children and adults
• Deliver fun sessions within our new Crazy Climb facility
• Reception tasks include signing in customers, answering enquiries and taking bookings
• Hours involve working two weekends on and one off as well as two/three regular weekday evenings. Additional shifts available as per customer demand
• £8.00 per hour, paid break, accumulated holiday pay

Prerequisites
Essential
• Experienced instructor who is an active climber themselves
• Able to work with customers of all ages
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
Desirable
• CWA/SPA desirable but not essential
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS)
