suitable venue for winter skills practice

I will be taking some novices for a winter skills session in Ben Nevis area, in March - does anyone know of a good spot for this kind of training, preferably with short approach, such as Anoch Mor (somewhere close to top of Gondola would be favourite). I'm looking for somewhere with easy angle slope, safe run out, for self-arrest, crampon practice, etc?

Take the quad chair up Aonach Mor and you should find some good slopes somewhere to the side of the ski runs. Have used there before for similar stuff, good angles and easy to run off to the cafe. Just stay clear of skiiers. Enjoy.
