A bit of a "Fowler Tale"

I once heard that whilst in the Bar Nash (Chamonix), Mick slightly
worse for wear went off for a pee and was away so long that his mates
sent out a search party. Mick was found in confrontation with a large
Scot who had one hand round his throat and another as a clenched fist
about to fill Mick in. The conversation went something like this:
Scot: ya insolted ma bird jimmy
Mick: but I’m on holiday
Scot: ya insolted ma bird jimmy
Mick: but I’m on holiday
Scot: ya insolted ma bird jimmy
Mick: but I’m on holiday
They were both incapable of anything.

Later after driving off leaving his mates in the car park in Cham. and
having to walk back to Argentiere, Mick was found asleep at the wheel
in the middle of the road.

Not sure if Mick likes Robinsons though, London Pride might be more
to his taste!

Perhaps Shale Ale might be appropriate too!
