Thought I'd post on here to mention the excellent service these guys have done for me:
I bought a tent from them at the start of June (TNF Tadpole 23) to use in the dolomites in July/August. While I was away it became apparent there was a problem with the flysheet waterproofing and breathability. In spite of it being over 2 months since I'd bought it and that I'd lost the recipt they took it back and sent it off for examination. It's just been returned from them and as I can't get to Berris they're going to courier it out to me. So here's a BIG thankyou to all the staff.
