Ive had aches on and off in my elbows for a while now.
Not suprisingly it comes mainly after a heavy bouldering session.

Apart from stopping bouldering completely. What can I do about it?

Are there any good supports I can buy, or a suppliment that will speed up my recovery time?
I do the reverse wrist curls and hand extensor stretches but I still get aches from time to time.

In reply to Souljah: do press-ups to counteract all the pulling you do. i've been doing "Hindu Press Ups" - taught to me by a martial artist - If you google that term or a guy called "Matt Fury"(sp?) you may find instructions (too long-winded to go into here)

Oh, they look hard.
I can imagine getting carpet burns on me nose doing them!!!

In reply to Souljah: strangely, they're not as hard as normal press-ups. think about quality of movement whilst you do them...

I see your a scouser! whats Peh-Hill like? Looks like a boulderers / soloers dream(my kind a crag)

In reply to Souljah: yes, yes and yes! I'm going to have a look at the weekend, but it gets pretty nasty over the winter. If you're up for a visit in the spring drop me a line - it's a pretty friendly scene in Pex, loads of people around to show you the problems.

(Not a scouser btw)
