In reply to Steve Q: Yes. The rock is a bit fragile but the climbs are bloody good as is usual for the Culm / N Devon coast. Crimptyon (sp) is great though worth more like E1 5b when I did it. The direct to C, worth about E2 5b is also good. There's an E3 5c further right which is pretty good. Both HVS 4cs are good if slightly loose to finish, the one over on the left is more interesting.
Plus the round tower on top is cool - a mate and I once bivyed in there =).
