Last weeks snow left my local crags in the Cotswold Plastered. I managed a 5 mile Ski tour across Cleeve Hill on Friday. The Crag end had even formed a rare phenomenon, Cornices in the Cotswolds!
The Picture below was taken on Sunday 4 days after the snow and the Cornices are still there but slowly melting and disappearing!
In reply to Laubie: isn,t it great when your "local" hills get a rare plastering or ice and you can nip out !
i live really close to north york moors and love it when it gets snow or ice.
p.s can,t believe how long it has lasted
