I thought this had already been done ?

From YG.com

Tom Peckitt has climbed Real Keelhaul at Almscliff at a tentative grade of V13/8b. As the name implies, this combines Keelhaul with the Real Keel finish (i.e. avoiding the chipped hold), and although it's an eliminate, it's a fine piece of climbing.

In reply to A Nidderdale boulderer.: eh? that doesnt answer my question. I have read that and i thought this eliminate had been done
In reply to Ben C:

Then I don't know. Post on YG.com as you'll probably get the answer there.

In reply to Ben C: The Reel Keel is the eliminate (ie. doing the Keel without the chip on the lip) which has already been done. The Reel Keelhaul is in fact new. Hope that helps

In reply to andy reeve: yeah i know the problem but i thought it had been done without the chip already too, as i said before !

Who do you think did it, and when?

In reply to Ben C: It's never been done before, hence why Tom said it was a new problem. And he'd know, he practically lives there!
