In reply to domsha:

Nobody should be drinking Nescafe, it's immoral.

My preference when forced to drink instant, is Kenco.

In reply to domsha:

Nescafe Fairtrade is about the best I've found. Tastes nothing like normal Nescafe. I think it's called Partners Blend.

In reply to domsha:

Yes, Know all about the 'baby milk' action thing. UEA has banned Nestle products from the Union shops etc, and promotes fair trade ect. I do too, when i have the money, but untill i find a substitute that i like, and is not extortioanlty expensive i will carry on drinking it, personal choice i guess.

In reply to domsha:

Instant coffee doesn't smell like coffee, so the last thing they do before sealing the jar is to spray coffee smell over the top - so when you open the jar you get some aroma.

In reply to O Mighty Tim: That is my feeling. Am wondering if I can be (ethically) swayed

I once went back in thyme when I fell off a wall whilst trying to escape from the garden of a mad herbalist.

NO, instant isn't coffee and shouldn't be labelled as such.
