I can feel the muscle in one of my fingers starting to go and i think it's a tendon problem. I know rest is the best thing for it in the short term but is there anything i can do long term to strengthen tendons in my fingers. I have finger exercisers which i use. I don't think this is the problem because i do lots of reps. using a low load training thing so the exercise is quite gentle. Any help would be great!
