Tendon problem

Ok so i think i've done some tendon damage and am looking for advice on quickest way to recovery. background: pulled too hard on a boulder problem - pain in middle part of finger initially - if i tape it i get pain in hand/forearm therefore think its on of my tendons - advice welcome. cheers

I may well be wrong, but I think the general concensous is to rest, ice, and then when it starts getting better, ease (VERY) slowly back into it, no crimps or anything.

If it hurts, don't even think about climbing it might get ruptured?

In reply to flatline: The Dave McLeod site has a really good article on it, I would post a link but the site seems to be temporarily buggered. Put your hand in a bucket of cold water, twice a day, until it goes red (not numb) and leave it there for a bit, or use ice.
