In reply to Mick Ryan - UKClimbing.com:

1) Do you train for climbing (indoors, fingerboards, campus boarding, etc), or do you "just climb"?

2) What do you consider to be your strengths and your weaknesses, and have you ever worked on your weaknesses?

3) What do you find more motivating, the line of a route, or the moves on a route?

Thanks.

i've always considered akira to be a long boulder problem really.
</nitpicking>

as for my question:

if you could see any 2 climbers in a fight who would it be and who would you like to win?

seriously though,

is there any aspect of training that you see as particularly important or any areas of training that are unneeded?

Q - Adam, you have had an amazing couple of years, no doubt the expectations are continuing to rise... what advice have you been given from the older guys about avoiding burnout? Has any of this advice changed your objectives.

Cheers
LD

Firstly - keep up the good work. It's really inspiring to watch people climbing so well at the top of the game.

My Question. Jim Morrison thought that the self interview was an important way of thinking for people. So what is the most important question you would ask of yourself and what would the answer be?

Q: You've clearly started young and achieved much. Have you been lucky enough to avoid injuries, and are you taking precautions against injuries in the future such as training antagonistic muscles and building rest into your climbing schedule?
