Noticed platypus leaking last night so rang First Ascent ( the UK distributor) this morning. As they come with a lifetime guarantee they suggested contact local shop, in my case Cotswolds, who agreed to swap out and get replacemnet from First Ascent. Great service from both so am now back hydrated!
