Where can I find the under 18s form for MCC.

I need it by 6pm tonight if possible.
A link to where i can print it from will do.

I once got my Mum to write me a note saying I have permission to climb for a wall in Sheffield, they didn't seem to mind too much. Worth a go if you don't find the form.

Thanks for that but i think i need the form, they are quite strict at MCC.

A novel idea I know but what about phoning (or even emailing) MCC and asking if they can email/fax a copy through to you?

In reply to mark20: Actually Mark that is not quite true. I phoned your local wall and asked the manager there a few questions. Without his answers you would not have got in the Works. Your your mum's letter had no bearing on my decision.
