I've just bought a Metolius 'Slim Gym' trainnig board and I'm wondering how to mount it to the wall. All the instructions and fittings that come with it deal with attaching it to a studded wall (plasterboard and wood) but my house walls are all brick and so the fittings and instructions don't apply.

Has anyone fixed one directly to a plastered brick wall? What size screws did you use?

Thanks!

David.

In reply to SuperstarDJ: Hi, i have mounted a metolius simulator to my wall, also brick, and its been up a year so far with no problems.
i replaced the supplied screws with 80mm masonry screws and suitable wall plugs. after drilling the wall and placing the plugs i applied a liberal coating of no more nails to the board, then screwed into the wall.
seems to have done the trick.
