Getting off Bishop Highballs

Just been watching Progression, with some serious highball bouldering, and I was wondering, how do you get off the top? Do they jump/ladders/bolts for absail?

There is usually an easy way down..... sometimes a tad scary, Grandma and Grandpa Peabody are the scariest.

Usually with the quarz-monzonite orbs of the Buttermilk, you climb the easy ways up then graduate to the harder ways up. By that time you are used to the descents... and I'm a big wimp!
