Are UK outdoor qualifications recognised in New Zealand?
Hi, not quite sure what forum to put this on but I wondered if anyone had any knowledge or experience about how transferable UK outdoor qualifications are for working in the outdoors in New Zealand. Specifically I'm thinking about things like the Climbing Wall Award, SPA, Summer & Winter ML courses. Possibly some of the lower mountain bike & maybe sea kayaking awards too. I appreciate there's some significant differences between the two countries but wondered if anyone's tried to work in NZ using their UK quals and what the response has been.
