I can't seem to find this article anywhere, does anyone have a PDF or Word version they could send over?

I've managed to track down the first page, but that's it.

On a few occasions when I was getting bogged down and losing direction I went back to that article for a quick reminder to regain perspective which was which was the beauty of it. As you say the book expanded and improved on it but the value of that article was as a useful summary and reminder. I don't think it being put back up on your site would dent sales of 9 out 10. Probably the reverse as it should whet the appetite of the curious into buying the book.
