Metolius Gripsaver for rehab

Hi all,

Was just after people's opinion's on the Metolius Gripsaver for finger ligament/tendon rehab?

Currently when I use it, it feels fine at the time, but the next day I get a dull ache. Not sure if this is causing more harm or just part of the healing process.
