I had great coaching session with Naomi Buys and BMC at Kendal Wall today. What other coaches did you have and how good was the session????

In reply to janko440: I'll put a good word in for Adam Harrison at The Edge in Sheffield. I had an excellent session at the start of the winter, really helped me focus on achieving goals for 2012. I enjoyed training down the wall this winter because after my coaching session, I had some structure and focus.

At various times I've had sessions with Katherine Schirrmacher, Steve Mcclure, and Dave Macleod and they've all been excellent. Whilst I'm not exactly an elite climber (to say the least) I have gone from a best of around 5c+ to around 7a, and a lot of the improvement I put down to the results of the coaching sessions I've had.

Coaching is one of the things he does. Well worth it. Obviously need to be in the right place at the right time.
