Hello all. Just after a bit of advice/sympathy. I picked up what I thought was a bit of a calf strain about 3 weeks ago at the end of a 12k fell run. I thought it best to stay off the trail for a couple of weeks for a bit of convalescence but the injury seems to be getting steadily worse. I'm suffering from endorphine withdrawal. Just wondered if anyone else has had experience of this sort of injury.
