/ Clive Dunn
He's gone to stick it up the fuzzy wuzzys... They don't like it up em!
RIP Corporal Jones
I always wondered how old he really was - He was playing granddad when I was at primary school, He was born in 1920 so must have only just turned 50 when he was playing Corporal Jones
In his late 40's when the show started I think.
Permission to wake you up, Sir!
I thought he'd died years ago!
> I thought he'd died years ago!
And now there's only Ian Lavender left of the army.
The curse of dads army strikes again. Very weird. Consider the facts...

Am I missing something? What curse...
In addition to "Don't tell him Pike"
"Permission to worry you Sir?" always cracked me up. RIP

> Am I missing something? What curse...

They weren't, of course, part of the Home Guard army!
