bridleway askrigg -castle bolton, hundreds just get an os map
If you have transport then there's good running on the Howgills near Sedbergh. Also Wild Boar Fell, accessed from the road between Garsdale Head and Kirkby Stephen is worthwhile. If you wanted to make a long run of this then look up Lady Anne's highway - between Hawes and the Eden valley it's a bridleway - http://www.ladyannesway.co.uk/route_map.php
As the other poster mentioned, there's lots of options.
