Iím off away with work for a few weeks and am going to Klymnos soon after I get back which somewhat buggers up my training. Does anyone have any training tips for staying in lots of random hotels? Iíve been told the Gripmasters finger exercise thingies donít really work for getting/keeping fitness and I canít really work out how to attach things like rock rings in a hotel from (skyhooks off the doorframe??) Anyone got any tips?
