I know there have been loads of posts about building indoor gyms in lofts, garages and basements. Anyone put one up in a big garden shed? How did you support it. Advice gratefully received. Thanks.

In reply to AlisterM: I have not done it but from an enginnering point if you built it as self supporting (in a timer cube frame) it would not matter where it was located e.g. the shed.

In reply to AlisterM: depends on the height width and length of your shed. as stated above, the engineering of it is pretty simple. 4 by 2 wooden frame well built with supports in the corners. should be fine.
how big is your shed? I would say 2.5 metres is a good starting height.
In reply to AlisterM: triangles. don't forget triangles.
