I haven't looked at it, but I'd suggest it's not even close to being frozen yet, judging by the lack of ice on any of the streams around here (near skipton).

Last winter it took 2 weeks of constantly subzero temperatures to come in. Last weekend we were walking nearby, and no streams were frozen at any altitude. This week it's been hovering around zero.

So I'd guess probably not
