 Topic - Gwen Moffat film

I'm trying to trace film that Gwen Moffat was involved in and wonder if anyone can help. There was a BBC "Eye to Eye" series in 1958 when the "Climbing" instalment which featured Joe Brown on Suicide Wall and Gwen Moffat on Tennis Shoe, in Wales.
There is also a feature of Gwen Moffat soloing Frankland's Green Crack on Windgather in Derbyshire, which is much better, but I have no further info, not even the channel, only that it goes back to the sixties. There's also film of Gwen Moffat leading the first Mountaineering Association's course on Skye in the fifties, which is an amateur film. All these have been shown on TV more than once I believe.
