Can anyone recommend a physiotherapist who specialises in climbing who would be willing to give advice remotely over the internet (for a fee obviously!)? Not ideal I know, but I live somewhere without access to such an individual.
This site of Kellys gives advice using video. You have to search and some of the older vids are only on u tube. He isnt a climber but I have sorted various issues using ideas from him. He also does paid consultation. Hope this is of use
