videoed myself doing weights(just to check my form) and instead of eight reps I am doing six! I am sly or what! I am conning myself and don't even know it!
In reply to dale1968: I miss numbers too sometimes so usually make myself do an extra 2-3 reps (only do it when i'm really struggling so know when to add a few more)
In reply to dale1968: I used to do intervals on a turbo trainer on my bike and even though over 45 mins I was only needing to count up to ten I always lost count.
