/ 2013 Boardman Tasker Prize
Some very strong contenders this year. Personally I think Harriet Tuckey deserves to win.

I haven't actually read the book, but I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss it - I've heard good things, and I've chatted with the author on Twitter. She seems to have the right idea!
I could be wrong of course :-)
It strikes me (without having read any of the books in question, naturally), as a fairly unappealing list. With the exception of Jim P's two books, I can't see anything on there I'd particularly want to read.
Oh, and Nick B, of course. Hadn't noticed his book on there before.
