how to build a campus board and how to train on it?

Anyone know how to build a campus board or any training tips/exersises for using one?

In reply to mim tiller: Thanks a lot for the help building it. Yeah iv had a look at the metolius site already and it seams quite useful, thanks a lot. Does anybody have any training advice for it e.g. specific exercises?
